Apple, has previously hinted that their new lineup of product for the year will be impressive. And people on the Internet were speculating that one of the products was probably going to be a Tablet PC. Well, guess what, we were spot on. On 27 Jan 2010, Apple announced it’s new product, the iPad. The iPad has an inbuilt calendar application that puts the flip calendar on your office desk to shame. It probably makes you want to throw away the calendar on your table away right now. Since it’s lightweight, whenever someone makes an appointment with you, be it in the lift or at the pantry, draw out your iPad and quickly scribble which date it is on.

The iPad also comes with a contact book, which allows you to upload the photos of various contacts, and update their e-mail addresses, register their mobile numbers and where they live etc.

iWhat? Yes, iBook. A new application that Apple is planning to release with the iPad, the iBook is an applicaiton that allows you to read books on the go. Yes, you literally download a book and flip the pages. Bye, paper cuts.

Just by looking at the pictures, I am psyched already. Apple sure knows what they are saying when they said their product lineup is strong for 2010. Now, the most important thing to takeaway from this post, is that my 21st birthday is coming in 3 months.
